When working in retail and when selling a luxury product, how you advertise items and reach your customers is very important. The design team works with the digital team to make aesthetic visuals that are consistent with our brand and campaigns while also developing templates that customers are reacting positively to. We are constantly testing new techniques, designs, outreach, and templates to determine how users react to different scenarios. It is imperative that the Design and Digital team work together to inform how we can create once successful and cohesive product.
